Counter Reformation Movement, religious inspiration, early Italian influence, free-flowing, asymmetrical, feeling, from the Latin American extreme details to the Rococo, which is a more relaxed version of Baroque. Netherstocks, silk stockings for men, ruffs, chaperons, long-toed shoes, wimples, judge wigs, powdered wigs, high-haired wigs for women, hairpieces, hair frames and adornments. Corsets, ruffs and exaggerated starched collars, waist-coats, long coats, buckle-shoes, breeches, tricorns, feather hats, detailed fabrics and lavish costumes. (1600-1760)
