Since around the 30’s Rockabilly has had its share of success. From Rose Mattocks and The Mattocks Brothers, Brenda Lee, Wanda Johnson and others, to the 50’s and 60’s when Rockabilly exploded and had the greatest influence on Rock and Roll with musicians like Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and the early years of Elvis, and others. In the 70’s there was Conway Twitty, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash and more. Rockabilly is still alive and kicking.
